The Touch Of The Masters Hand!

The Touch Of The Masters Hand!

Matthew 8:14-15 says, “And when Jesus was come into Peter’s house, he saw his wife’s mother laid, sick of a fever.

And he touched her hand, and the fever left her: and she arose, and ministered unto them!

One touch of the Masters hand is all it took to get rid of her fever! As soon as it left her she sprung to her feet and ministered to them!

At one time we were spiritually sick and didn’t know Jesus! Somewhere, the Lord touched us and we realized what kind of people we truly were!

During that time of realization many of us gave our wicked hearts to Him and he took our sickness or sin away, and he saved us!

Because of his touch we should be ministering to others through him!

God Gets The Glory!

On Sunday, January 25th I was at FBC in Bristow, Oklahoma with Pastor Brian Shaw. God blessed in both services in spite of an old sinner like me. Fourteen people walked the aisle and four of those were professions of faith.

On Wednesday, January 29th I was at FBC in Dibble, Oklahoma with Pastor Karl. That little church was packed with people and excitement. During the invitation, twenty people walked the aisle making some type of decision for our Lord.

Y’all be blessed this fine day!

God Calls!

(God Calls) Leviticus 1:1, God summons His people to give them instruction. Expect God to call you to a “place of meeting” so He can teach you and those around you to walk with Him. David Smith, Patterson, GA

The Touch!

Once upon a time there was a man in the Bible who had leprosy! This man was removed from society! He was never allowed to hug his wife or hold his children again! When a person approached him he had to yell, “Unclean, Unclean!”

One day he heard that Jesus was in town. He went to Jesus because he recognized the Lordship of Christ.

He said to Jesus, “If you will, you can make me clean!”

Immediately Jesus touched the man and his disease was gone.

The touch is what impresses me. This man hadn’t felt the touch of a humans hand in years but Jesus was willing to touch this sick man!

Do you need the touch of the Masters hand today? Some of you are sick physically, mentally and emotionally. Some of you are sick of school, work and life in general.

Jesus wants to touch you in a meaningful way just like He did the man with leprosy, but you gotta ask and believe He’ll do it!

Be blessed this fine day!

Today!

Christians, today we have a message to give, a message of salvation!

We know it works because it has worked in our case and we have seen it work in the lives of our family and friends.

Gods Word is the only thing that can change us from rascals into saints!

You may not think you have anything worth while to share, but if you’ve got Jesus living in you, you have the most important thing people need, and that’s salvation!

Remember, don’t worry about what you’ll say, for at the appropriate time the Holy Spirit will show ya!

You Just Gotta Be Willing!

Be Diligent!

And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; and to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; and to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly charity. For if these things be in you, and abound, they make ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. II Peter 1:5-8

Worry, Worry, Worry!

We as Christians worry about this and that! We worry about what we’re going to wear! We worry about how much money we do or don’t have in the bank!

God doesn’t want us to worry about such things. He wants us to put our trust in Him!

You see, material things should not be the goal of our lives.

Take no thought of tomorrow means no anxious thought. God takes care of the flowers and birds, and He will take care of you. But the important thing is to put Him first.

The following statement is true for many of us. Today is the tomorrow that we worried about yesterday!

Forgetting The Lord!

(Forgetting the Lord) Exodus 32:1, Despite God’s miraculous intervention in our lives, our memories are remarkably short. We tend to trade our loyalty to the true and living God for any passing whim or fancy.”

Our Aim And Purpose!

At some time or another every person wonders what their purpose is on earth.

If you are a Christian I can tell ya.

Matthew 5:16, Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

The aim and purpose if our lives should be to glorify God!
