He Knows!

In Psalms 56:8 we read, “Thou tellest my wonderings.”

The Lord knows exactly where you’ve been all the time.

Your mom, dad, husband or wife may not know but He does.

The darkness is light to Him. He knows where you’ve been, He knows where you’re going and He knows what you’ve done!

He sees all, hears all, knows all, and He’s on His throne today!

Be blessed y’all!

Marvelous Faith

(Marvelous Faith) Matthew 8:10, Faith is the chief evidence that we know Christ. It releases heaven’s blessings into our world. Conversely, a lack of faith is our condemnation, leaving us a prisoner to our own resources. David Smith, Patterson, GA

Examine Yourself!

There’s been times in the past where I’ve had a bad attitude about our church.

I loved the preaching but the song service I didn’t care for!

To repetitious I’d say as I sat their and complained!

Soon I came to realize that I was quenching the work of the Holy Spirit!

My attitude needed adjusting.

Now, I look forward to going to our church. I enjoy the preaching and the worship time as well!

It’s easy to become a bit critical and mess up the work of the Holy Spirit!

If you see yourself in my ranting let me encourage you to get your attitude right before you go to church tomorrow or simple skip church and take a long drive!

Holy!

God says to be holy as He is holy!

We cannot be holy unless we’re honest with God!

We also have to be honest with ourselves.

We are not the good little boys and girls that we want others to believe!

When we realize what kind of sinners we are and what we are capable of God then can help us!

The beginning of holiness is to be honest with yourself but most importantly to be honest God!

Giving!

The Apostle Paul says we should give hilariously and joyfully!

There has been times in the past when we gave to the church I gave grudgingly!

I realize now that I shouldn’t have given at all because of my bad attitude!

Our Lord doesn’t need our money, it’s His, just like the cattle on a thousand hills.

He doesn’t ask us for it, He wants us to give because of our love for Him!

I praise God that my attitude towards giving has changed for me now, it’s not a burden any longer, it’s a JOY!

Our Dreams!

(Our Dreams) Genesis 37:20, Whenever God gives you a dream, there will be those who seek to rob you of it. At times your God given dream may seem impossible, yet what God initiates He completes.

Joyful Offering

(Joyful Offering) There is no joy in giving grudgingly. But when you offer your services and your resources to God willingly, you will experience deep satisfaction. What a privilege to give unselfishly to the One who gives so much to you.

Our Message To The Lost!

Many people say they don’t know how to tell others about Christ!

Our message to the lost world is what Paul shared with the Philippian jailer.

Believe on The Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved!

Believing is the key to salvation and believing you can be used by God is the key to you being a successful witness!

Remember, I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength!

Make Way!

John the Baptist was an odd fellow but his message was meant for all of us.

He said, “I am the one crying in the wilderness, make straight the way of The Lord!”

John was a messenger that knew his place. He was a bold man but humble. His only purpose was to make Jesus known to others.

This should be our purpose in life as well. We, like John the Baptist need to be bold in love, yet humble, and our main purpose in living should be to make Jesus known to those who don’t know Him.

Be blessed this fine day!

Godly Fear!

GENESIS 22:12, (Godly Fear)

To fear God means that one truly knows the full nature of God and responds to Him accordingly. As we obey God, we experience His nature, and as we come to know God we cannot help but love Him.
