Have you ever done something that you’re ashamed of?
Have you ever done something behind closed doors that you wouldn’t want anyone to see?
Can I let you in on a secret? The one who created you saw it!
Scripture says, “The eyes of the Lord run to and fro through the whole earth!”
He Sees All, Hears All, And Knows All!
I Corinthians 11:31, “For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged!”
In other words, instead of pointing our finger at someone else and judging them, what we should be doing is pointing our finger at ourselves and judging ourselves!
It’s easy for us to find fault in what others say and do. Let’s admit it, we love talking about others when they fall into sin or make a mistake! This is what I’ve learned about me!
I’ve also come to the conclusion, and it’s taken me a long time, that if I’ll just concentrate on what God wants me to take care of in my life that will keep me busy enough!
The bottom line is, I’m not going to stand before the Lord one day and give an account as to what Robin, Mark or Diane has done, I’m going to give an account for what I’ve done, good or bad!
When I think of this it’s scares me, and that fear is a healthy fear! It makes me want to stay confess up down here before I meet Him up yonder! Be blessed!
As I was having my Quiet Time today I ran across this verse. The first word mentioned in Amos 5:8 is what we should be doing daily from the time our feet hits the floor until we close our little peepers at night!
SEEK Him that makes the seven stars and Orion, and turns the shadow of death into the morning, and makes the day dark with night; that calls for the waters of the sea, and pours them out upon the face of the earth: The Lord Is His Name!
We are to SEEK God with all of our heart, for He is long suffering and patient. He is the one that created heaven and earth. He is the one who turns day into night and night into day. He is the one that causes the rain to fall on this old earth!
We are to Seek Him continually, for He is worthy of that and much more!
Today, will you answer this question honestly?
Have you ever sinned and tried to hide your sin from the Lord or family members?
You can sin and hide it from a spouse, son, daughter, mom, dad, brother, sister or a best friend, but you CAN’T hide anything from the one who created you!
He sees all and knows the plans of our wicked hearts!
Psalms 90:8, “You have set our iniquities or sins before you; our secret sins in the light of your countenance!”
God knows you. There is no use trying to keep up a front. You’d might as well go to Him and turn yourself in!
The FBI or Police may not be after you but God is!
We need to remember this. Secret sin on earth is open scandal in heaven!
When you received Jesus Christ into your life as your Lord, you received the light of the world!
Receiving the light makes our responsibility great!
Our responsibility as Christians is to tell others what Christ did for them on the cross!
We are to warn them of the future they have if they die without knowing Jesus!
We struggle within ourselves to do this. We say we don’t know how to witness or we may not want to because of fear!
It doesn’t matter how we feel about sharing Christ we simple need to do it!
Obedience is the key to us having a great relationship with our Lord! Trust and obey, for theirs no other way, to be happy in Jesus, but to trust and obey!
I’m still reading in the Book of Amos and he’s still letting people about the judgment of God that’s going to take place in their land.
This dude isn’t a very popular fellow because he refuses to use words to tickle the people’s ears. He doesn’t tell them what they want to hear, he tells them what they need to hear!
I believe the judgment from God on the United States is going to be greater than any other nation.
The reason being is we’ve had the privilege of having God’s Word and hearing God’s Word preached daily.
We have been shown favor from the Lord and we’ve taken advantage of that I do believe!
We are becoming a weak nation! We are becoming weak because we’ve gotten away from the ways of the Lord!
We need to repent and turn back to Him!
This morning for my Quiet Time I read in the Book of Amos located in the Old Testament!
The Lord was judging the people of Ammon for killing children and ripping their moms apart!
This saith the Lord; For three transgressions of the children of Ammon, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they have ripped up the women with child of Gilead, that they might enlarge their border. Amos 1:13
This is a crime God punished then and He’s going to eventually punish the United States for allowing the same crime to take place!
Folks, trust me, our day is coming because of some of the sin we’re allowing to continue in our country.
I don’t have any idea what God has in mind for us, but I do know this, His judgment is right for He is a righteous God! Blessed Be The Name Of The Lord!
Repent ye therefore and return, that your sins may be wiped away, in order that times of refreshment may come from the presence of the Lord!
Sometimes we think God has abandoned us, but He has not! When a person feels that way it’s usually because they’ve allowed sin to creep into their lives.
Sin, no matter how big or small we think it is will absolutely destroy our relationship with the Lord!
Let me say this, if you don’t feel like your close to the Lord any longer it’s not God’s fault, it’s yours!
Once you realize why your relationship with God is all screwed up you need to repent.
To repent means you’ve been walking the way you want to go and you realize you’ve been wrong, so you’ve decided to change your mind and go God’s Way!
You may have been going the wrong way for a long time, but God is always willing to forgive and forget. His mercy and grace is always available!
After you repent refreshment always follows! Be blessed!

Religion has never saved and never will save a soul. Think about this, you being a Baptist, Methodist, Church of Christ or Catholic has never saved anyone!
What saves a person is accepting Jesus Christ and being washed in the blood of the lamb.
God says, “Without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sin!”
Today some are saying, “Out With Religion!” I agree, let’s get rid of it and invite Jesus Christ, the light of the world to come in!
The Israelites were a religious lot but their religion didn’t amount to a hill of beans and God condemned them for that!
Remember this, Satan will promote religion but he’ll never promote Jesus! Jesus is the one that saves!
