I was told not to long ago that one sign of a mature church was the way people gave!

My question is this and it’s two fold, “Does God look at how much money we put in the offering plate, or does He look at how much we keep for ourselves?”

Mark 12:41-42, And Jesus sat against the treasury, and beheld how the people cast money into the treasury: and many that were rich cast in much.

And there came a certain widow, and she put in two copper coins, worth only a fraction of a penny.

Jesus said to His disciples, “I tell you the truth, this poor widow has put more into the treasury than all the others!”
