The first step of prayer is faith!

Hebrews 11:6 says, “But, without faith it is impossible to please Him; for he that comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarded of them that diligently seek Him!”

If a person doesn’t believe in God, then the skeptic is right when he says that prayer is a madman talking to himself!
